This policy describes the processing of personal data on simulmaroc.com. It applies to all visitors, whether resident in Morocco or abroad.
The data the calculators do not collect
This is the most important point on this page. The six calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The amounts you enter – salary, the value of a vehicle, the price of a property, a contribution period – are never transmitted to a server, nor recorded, nor analysed, nor sold on.
This is not a declared undertaking: it is a technical property of the site. No calculator form makes a network request, which you can verify with your browser’s developer tools.
The data actually processed
Audience measurement. Traffic statistics are collected to understand which pages are useful: page views, time on page, referral source, device type, country. This data is aggregated.
Contact form. If you write to us, your name, your email address and your message are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request, then for a limited period of archiving. They are used for nothing else and are never passed on to third parties.
Advertising. Adverts are displayed around the content. Depending on your consent, the advertising networks may set cookies to personalise the adverts and measure their performance.
Technical data. The servers keep access logs containing, among other things, the IP address, for security and diagnostic purposes, for a limited period.
Cookies and consent
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without prior consent, in accordance with the regulations.
Audience measurement and advertising cookies are set only after your explicit consent, obtained through a consent management platform compliant with the GDPR for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the preferences management link at the foot of the page.
Withdrawing consent does not affect access to the calculators or the guides in any way; they remain fully functional.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation for residents of the European Union, and under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in Morocco, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted on a dedicated server in Europe. Technical and advertising providers may process certain data outside the European Union, under the safeguards laid down by the regulations applicable to international transfers.
